Leah Holbrook Sackett

Leah Holbrook Sackett is an adjunct lecturer in the English department at the University of Missouri – St. Louis.  This is also where she earned her M.F.A.  Her work has appeared in journals such as Halfway Down the Stairs, The Writing Disorder, and Crack the Spine,which selected her short story The Family Blend for a print anthology and nominated it for the Pushcart Prize.

Leah is an avid collector of Lewis Carroll literature and memorabilia as well as a member of the Lewis Carroll Society of North America. Leah lives in Webster Groves, MO with her husband Jonathan and daughter Bella. She is currently working on a magical realism, historical novel set in the late 1800s in the apple orchards of Yakima, Washington.
